We’re preparing to reopen our office in a limited way, renovating our reception area to make it Physical-Distance-friendly for our customers and staff. A Plexiglass barrier is being installed, along with a shelf to make safe pickups and drop-offs easier for everyone.
We’re still doing as much as we can remotely, only coming on site when the issue can’t be fixed any other way. We’re masked and gloved when doing so and are very happy to follow your “stop the spread” protocols.
After many years of service, we’ve retired our old Microsoft Exchange e-mail server. At long last we’re practicing what we’ve preached to you our customers, and we’ve moved ourselves into the Microsoft 365 cloud! We’re already enjoying the faster email, and Miek is delighted to not have to wrestle with our on-premises Exchange anymore. We’re also looking forward to leveraging Teams and the suite of other powerful tools that come with Microsoft 365. If you’ve been considering moving to this product family in your business and have questions, please let us know. We’re fans of the service, but our main priority is making sure the solutions we recommend to you are right-sized for your current and future needs.
